All applications will be reviewed within 10 Business Days. The Recruiting Team will provide a suitability score for each position applied. Based on your score, you will be either be placed in the various categories:

  • Immediate Hire
  • Require Training
  • Not Suitable

Note, we actively speak and negotiate with clients on a day to day basis. Some clients are open to beginning immediately, whilst other clients are open to launching their contract months down the line. As such, you will be placed in a 60 day hiring pool. After 60 days, we will re-confirm your availability to be placed.

For international agents working in the Philippines / Latin America / Jamaica, you will have the following payment options:

  • Paypal
  • Payoneering
  • Wise
  • Upwork (Contract)

Our base salary/rate for Customer Service roles is $3 USD per hour. However, depending on the role and/or client, you may receive a higher rate and/or weekly bonuses. 

  • Customer Support – $3 – $5 per hour
  • Technical Support – $4 – $7 per hour 

Note: For Jamaican contractors, our base hourly rate is the equivalent of JM$500 per hour.
