QUALIFICATIONS

– 18 Years and Older
– Successful passes in at least 5 CXC CSEC subjects including English Language.
– Ideally 3+ Years BPO/Call Center Experience or related field.
– Excellent Communication Skills (Accent Neutralization preferred)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

– PC with min. 2.0 GHz processor, 6 GB RAM and 40 GB free space.
– Excellent computer navigation skills
– Noise Cancelling USB Headphone
– Existing High Speed Internet access at home
– Quiet, noise-free home office space that is free of distractions

– Internet Speed 10 MB/s
